Deerfield land is perfect for your next development
You know the mantra, "Location, location, location." It's the number one rule in real estate, and it's often overlooked.
We believe that location is important. Our land is located near major access points that provide convenience to customers, associates, and partners.
We believe that proximity to important businesses as well as popular retail and restaurant choices is highly valued.
Because of these reasons, we think our land is perfect for your next development project.

SunRail
SunRail is a commuter rail system, which means its primary purpose is to get people from home to work, and then back home again, while providing an alternative to driving I-4 every day. Its’ peak operating hours are going to be when I-4 is at its worst: 5:30 – 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. During those times, trains will run every half hour. During off peak, trains will run every two hours. Website - http://corporate.sunrail.com/ THE OSCEOLA PARKWAY SUNRAIL STATION Near the intersection of Osceola Parkway and Michigan Avenue, the SunRail station at Osceola Parkway is centrally located to the south of the Hunters Creek subdivision in Orange County and to the west of Buenaventura Lakes, primarily serving commuters who live in those residential areas with an easy commute to jobs and activities elsewhere in the region. In addition, the station provides direct transit access for Walt Disney World employees and visitors, is adjacent to large-scale retail and commercial development and is planned to facilitate transit-oriented development. SunRail station design plans include a park and ride lot with bus drop off area. |
